Hobbies: Running and playing with my sis Keeva, I always win. I love working, my breed needs a job and that’s just what my pops gives me, in fact we work almost everyday. Occasionally, we do protection work I love bite work it gets me extremely excited.
Favorite Trick: ‘Place” I like when dad challenges me to jump on high and small objects. To me it’s a game, I can even place on a fire hydrant.

My story:
In May 2008 my dad (Ryan) went to the Larimer County Humane Society to get tags for my sister Keeva. He decided to take a walk through the kennels and see what dogs they had available for adoption. Then he saw me, I liked him the first time I saw him because he had a ball in his hand that meant we were friends instantly. I guess he thought I was cute or maybe he liked my alertness when he saw me, regardless he knew I had potential. So, Ryan brought one of the volunteers back with him so they could take me out, but I was too wild and excited to go play that the staff had a hard time getting me out, so Ryan walked me out. Although I was wild and pulling extremely hard on the leash Ryan saw a lot of great qualities in me. So, I went home with him to be a demonstration dog for Off-Leash Dog Training- Northern Colorado. Ryan was really excited when he brought me home so he called everyone he knew, to include my Grandma. She named me Montage without ever seeing me which is funny because I am a Montage of dog breeds. Although Ryan hasn’t had me very long he has taught me a lot of tricks I can: spread em’ on a wall for a pat down, walk in reverse, spin, walk in between the legs, place up on any elevated areas, go on the grass, sit, down, stand, roll, just to name a few and the best part is I can do all this no matter what the situation or environment is. Often we do training out in public so if you see me feel free to come say hello to us!

Fav trick: Spread em’ next to my sis because when dad releases us montage is right there for me to jump on and play with.

My story:
Ryan searched through many breeders both stateside and overseas to find his perfect Mali. Dad contacted a friend who breeds shepherds and asked if she knew of any breeders overseas. Ryan saw videos of me playing and he knew I was the one. I was born in Germany and come from one of the best breeders in Germany. Dad and I did have a difficult time communicating at first after all I sprechen deutsch and Ryan not so much. We now have a great bond and I really like living with dad and my sister Montage.

Hobbies: Running and playing with other dogs. I love being active. I’ve learned to heel by a bike, so my mom takes me for long rides on the Cheyenne greenway. I really like camping because I get to check out some really great smells.
Favorite Trick: Middle – I love going through my mom’s legs because she usually tries to tickle me.

My story:
Mom and Dad weren’t sure they wanted another dog. They had a 14 year old lab/husky mix and a 6 year old chaweenie. My dad wanted a boxer and I was available. They spent time thinking about it and low and behold I was still unclaimed. What they didn’t know was how excited and ornery I was. When I was 6 months mom enrolled me in a local obedience class. That helped a lot with my manners inside the house, but because of my energy I had problems on walks with any distractions. I was enrolled in another class at about 1 year old. I did great in class, but outside class I was pretty wild. I needed to go on walks, but mom couldn’t control me on walks. Mom went to a camper show and ran across a booth named Off-Leash Dog Training. She saw an american bulldog named Abby that was well behaved. She saw the before and after pictures and decided to give them a call. That’s how we met Ryan Mathews in Loveland. I love Ryan because he helped to improve my relationship with my parents.

I used to have an attitude problem with other dogs, but I love to play with them now. I try to help Board and Train Visitors feel more comfortable with our routine. I love learning new things and meeting new people.

My Story:
I was born in Fort Morgan Colorado on a farm where my canine mom worked as a hunting companion dog. My new mom came to meet my siblings and I and she naturally fell in love with my charming personality and cute ears! Before I knew it, I was in the car with two kids ready to love me! We play all the time and have so much fun together! After two years my mom decided I needed a little sister. She is great! I am so lucky because I get to go to work with my mom and help her teach other dogs all the cool stuff that I have learned. I hope I get to meet you soon!
